Learning paths
Paths through the catalogue, built on one ladder. A path names the courses that sit on each rung and what someone standing there can do.

The ladder every path uses
A Lead title is not granted on the PECB exam alone: PECB awards it against five years of documented experience, two of them in the field, and 300 hours of project activity (audit activity for a Lead Auditor), with references it contacts. The same PECB exam passed earlier in a career earns a Provisional credential; the title upgrades as the experience is evidenced.
LiterateFoundation: reads the system, works inside it, knows when to escalate
LeadOne Lead course: leads one side, build or verify. Foundation is for the roles around the implementer, not a prerequisite.
ProfessionalFoundation plus both: the complete profile, both perspectives
