AI Competence

AI competence for everyone — a common floor, with clear levels above it.

Team Foundation Pack — ISO/IEC 42001

An AI management system is built by one person and run by many. This pack trains both halves of that sentence: one team member to Lead Implementer depth — the person who will scope, build and operate the management system — and four colleagues to Foundation level, so the roles the system touches can work inside it rather than around it.

1 × ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer — for the person who owns the build: typically the head of AI governance, the quality or risk manager extending into AI, or the architect the organization has already put in the room.
4 × ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation — for the roles around them: the use-case owner who answers for benefit, the risk owner, the data lead, the manager whose function the system governs. Foundation depth means they can read the system, meet their part of it, and know when to escalate.

Trained alone, an implementer returns to an organization that cannot hear them. Trained as a set, the same five people leave with a shared vocabulary and a division of labour the standard itself assumes. This is the difference between a certificate in the building and a management system in operation.
